• History
  The lab was founded on the base of Technical Univercity engineering center’s subdivision. That center worked on all-round versatile project of semiconductoral development for non-electronic industry. Concidentally with that a variety of elaborations of non-electronic products was performed. Among them there are small silicon pressure meters and microphones for aero-space research (customer — CAGI’s industry subdivision), high-temperature metal-oxyd meters for gas-turbine engine research (customer — CB MAP from Ribinsk), silicon pressure meters for diagnostics  and research of unstable processes in compressors, tenzometric node for atomic-force microscope and other projects.
  After «Minifab» project investment stoped, in 1995 subdivision was reorganized to scientific laboratory of microtechnologies.
  Lab’s core staff are highly trained professionals posessing good theoretic knowledges along with serious practical experience.
  Our advantages are expeditious mastering and applying achievements of IT and extensive collaborations within SPBSTU, other univercities and industry.

Сильной стороной команды является оперативное освоение современных достижений с использованием информационных технологий для разработки и автоматизированного проектирования.
